I was helped by Cathy in the maintenance department and she was without a doubt the most genuine, sympathetic person who has ever helped me with any aspect of my vehicle experience. She was patient to explain the process I needed and provided updates for me every moment she could. I had to wait 5 hours for my vehicle to be ready and thanks to Cathy I did not mind at all. I had been getting maintenance done at Pep Boys but because of Cathy I’ll be coming to WIN Hyundai for all of my vehicle needs. Great customer service skills! Hector is understanding, helpful, patient and took care of me and my car with the utmost professionalism. He was thorough and my car was ready in 2 days. Hector helped me with a loaner.
