I originally made a 7:00 am appointment didn’t get there until 8:07am my 6 year old had an asthma attack about 5:00am has to give him breathing treatments he got better about 8:00am , when I arrive there I explain my situation Hector Jimenez said don’t worry we will get your 2018 Tucson oil changed . I really appreciate that , I will continue going to WIN Hyundai Carson to get my vehicle serviced. Thank You Hector ????
The problem was not resolved and I was sent home with fear that my vehicle may have issues on the road. I'm sad and disappointed. I spoke to Sam over the phone but would have been nice for him to approach me but instead he let Rueben take care of me.
He was friendly and kept me in the loop of what was going on.
My car keys (remote)dose not beep anymore since I brought it back from your service department yesterday early evening! .. I don’t know if accidentally something was unplugged or disconnected while serving it. Please let me know if there’s something I can do at home to fix it.

My experience was very pleasant and pleasing.
The customer service was excellent...Hector was very professional. I was not satisfied with the time it took to repair my sunroof. It took 2days previously and this time it took 9 days.
Hector has always been very courteous and upfront with me... I would bring him my car again

This eases your anxiety and confirms you are in the best hands. I bought my Hyundai Veloster with WIN Hyundai Carson and have always brought my car in for oil changes here. Since my very first oil change experience, Barry has been exceptional. It is thanks to the amazing customer service he provides that I will continue to always be loyal to WIN Hyundai Carson!!! (Oil changes and any future additional services to keep my Veloster up and running).
Cathy in Hyundai service dept. was friendly and helpful. I just need to make sure my tire wasn't damaged after I hit my hubcap trying to park, and I had an appointment in Irvine I needed to get to but also needed to make sure it was safe to drive. She made sure I was able to get out of there quickly.

For now I'm saying I satisfied with service but will have to see how car performs in the weeks to come I told them car idled a little rough and was a bit sluggish will let you know later if I have an uh concerns.
