I was charged for a serviced that I had declined when it was offered. It was resolved
I have been using your service aisle for the last two years. It normally takes 3 hours to get my oil change and check up done. This time, I got a service writer that didn’t know if she was coming or going. I sat on your couch for the normal and usual amount of time to find out, they never work on my vehicle at all. She said some crap about the account being inactive. I signed up for free oil changes, tire rotations , and, air filtration changes , and, you failed me. My lease is over in October and, I hope you want to earn my business then. It will be my turn to decide if anything gets done at that time. And, by the way, I’m daughter needs a car too. Can you help us now?

came in at 130pm told it would take 1hour n1/2. not done till 410pm. not vacuumed. at 320pm asked when would it be done. told i could have them not wash it to save time>>I said no Id like it washed.on checkin noticed I had 47000 miles>>would Ilike the 30000 mile service? I said I already had it>>then she went to computer and found my history. IJUST WANT THE BASIC SERVICE.Anyway not happy.
I am not satisfied about Cleaning service of Vehicle done after servicing. At first, i was told that my car ready by cleaning done. But when I checked , car was not at all cleaned. Upon bringing in notice, they accepted it and took car for cleaning, but again when I got car in my custody , i found it was not properly cleaned, i could able to clearly see dust on roof of my car. Only windshield and trunks were dry wiped. Anyways, as I had already spent around 4 hours for 2:30 hrs commited work,I dont wanted to spend another 15-20 min to bringing them in notice and left service center as it is.
My visit would have ended better if Mr. Hector did not attack my persona by rebutting and using untrue circumstances to explain why i couldn't be serviced. Coming after me as i was leaving and telling me someone can service me after telling me it might not be done well was not the right way to make it better.
