Devan, my service coordinator, was great. He kept me informed and aware. I had asked for a check on a couple of extra things that added to the total time of the service. I asked about a loaner or rental car, but none were available. Should I reserve a car prior to my visit next time?
Also, I got a text saying that my car was being washed. The car was not washed when I picked it up. It is a minor thing, but it is an extra feature that I appreciate.
Again, it was a fine service, but missing these two conveniences was slightly disappointing. Still one of the best service centers I've ever used, and it was the prime reason I bought another Nissan.
I was there for my Xterra reverse ligths not coming on , they return my vehicle saying that it was fixed , I got home and check my ligths they still doesn't work and on top of that now my reverse camera doesn't work also. So tomorrow I am going to drive all the way from gresham to glaston just to get this done right and at the same time I am loosing work hours.

Great team at Sick Hannah Nissan in Gladstone.
The call service was terrible. I talked to 3 different girls that told me certain things that were not done. They also gaureneed certain things like a rental car that would fit my children and when I called the day before to make sure they said that wasn't possible. This was after I switched my apt to the following week because the 2nd gal I talked to said that would work if we scheduled it later.
Devon and sky were the saving grace of the experience. They were wonderful and went out of their way to help make it right and better! Those 2 guys should be thanked by their boss because they provided me with outstanding service! I just think your call service needs some training on what they are telling customers. We also had to deal with some warranty issues due to previous call system operators giving us wrong information that almost costed us our warranty!
As far as your actual guys and ladies working in your service centers, they are amazing! Especially Natalie at **** Hannah Honda in Vancouver! She was exceptional in figuring out our warranty issue.
Overall my experience started out very stressful but because of Devon, sky and Natalie I feel much better and confident in **** Hannah again!
