No one notify me that my car was completed. I had to go and check to see if my car is done. And I saw that my car is sitting out front (done.)

I was promised at the time of purchase 2 free oil changes. When I mentioned that to the guy behind the counter he could not find any record of this mentioned. He did go out of his way to find out however, after learning this was the case he sent me to get my car and meet him back at the front. When I got back he was helping the next customer and I again had to wait. The next rep Devon ended up helping me. He had to continually ask the first guy for the info as he was tbe one who had gone to find out. Once the process was over I went on my way. The oil change went about as long as expected but when I returned to inquire about the status of my car I was handed the key. The cover still on my seat a number in my mirror and a paper mat on the floor. I went back in to make sure they were done with my car. Devon said they were and went to remove the items. It was about 30 min after I left when I received the text telling me my car was done and awaiting a car wash. This service was not privided. I would have waited. Why was this not mentioned to me? Truth is it was not the best experience.

I doubt that I will be back there for an oil change. I think it's unexceptable to have to wait 2 hours for an express oil change!!

I left may car to have the keyfobs reprogrmamed. This took less time than planned and was performed satisfactorily. Kevin was courteous and informative, answering some questions I had on caring for my car.
