I am happy with your service but unhappy I am paying for a vehicle that is only 3 years old with transmission problems which could occur again. Very dissatisfied with the Nissan product and the fact that their transmissions issues have not been fixed in all these many years.

It took you guys almost 2 hours to telll me you could not fix a problem that I had received a letter saying you would fix it. Absolutely a wast of my time, energy and fuel for the drive to Gladstone. And top it off the lube for life deal is over. I bought my Xterra at this spot years ago. There have been other changes of ownership who were honorable and kept this deal for past owners. Is the free popcorn gone too? Downhill slide on service since Hannah took over.
Keegan is a pleasant fellow who handles his customers well. I enjoy the popcorn and coffee and cookies while waiting for the service to be completed.
I had an appointment last week and they were so backed up they said it would take over 1 1/2 hours. I rescheduled for today and was told 1-1 hour and 15 minutes. I was there 2 1/2 hours.
I was scheduled for a 3pm appointment and got there at 10 until 3. My car wasn’t looked at until after 4pm and ended up leaving closer to 445pm. The employees were pretty nice but pretty nice doesn’t adequately compensate an extra hour of waiting imo. Being pretty nice is what **** Hannah is supposed to always be.
Making an appointment at my desired time was easy. Devan was extremely helpful when an unexpected problem was encountered, and was a pleasure to work with. I’m very impressed with Hannah Nissan’s service department, and plan to be a regular customer.
Kevin was very helpful and when the tow truck driver didn't put my car in the correct location Kevin went up front and be on to make sure it was on the Nissan's property and I respect that. Thank you Kevin

I asked for my tire pressure to be adjusted and for my tires to be rotated. my paperwork says that both were done. I know for a fact that neither was done. also the service center lost my ticket and I was there an hour longer than I was told when I dropped my car off and to top it off my car was not given a car wash.
You guys had me fill out the rental car but did not put gas back in my vehicle do you guys also said you would have my car washed but did not have my car washed when I asked about it your service center tech just said sorry and walked off

Devan was great. He helped walk me through the troubleshooting process and did what he could to help limit my out of pocket cost on my repair. Keegan was also helpful when devan couldn't be reached. **** Hannah Nissan was 1000% better than the dealership I purchased the vehicle from in Wilsonville. Should have visited them to begin with.
