Service appointment for an oil change takes way too long and getting repeat emails and text messages afterwords asking for a survey is extremely annoying. One is enough!!

The management team were polite and made it easy to work with, they did an excellent job getting my car in and out.
The problem I have is with the complementary car wash, it looks like they took a old dirty, greasy rag and washed my car with it, there is smudge marks all over my car,I am gonna take it back and show them the quality of the work,
I didn't by a new car to let someone treat it like a old rust bucket.

Last time I had to change a bulb for a head light I was not charged anything after the work was done and I did bring my own bought bulb to the shop. So why now was I charged 15.00 for putting in a bulb for my headlight (Driver Side).
