The dealership is clean and comfortable. The receptionist I spoke with was helpful and friendly, Devon was professional, and the work on my car was completed timely for a fair price. I will bring both my and my wife's Nissan to **** Hannah Nissan for service work.
Devan made the difference. He thoughtfully went through the list of work on my car. And when he gave me my keys, I noticed issues with the repair (dirty fingerprints left on the part, and that it wasn't secured and fell off!) Devan took my car to get it fixed and detailed. Thank you Devan.

We had many concerns and not all of them were addressed during our visit. The person at check in disregarded our concern and after insisting he finally said he'd have someone look at it but then they did not. So after my vehicle being in the service center for most of the day I did not have all of my concerns taken care of. Then, to top it off, the desk personnel did not return my keys to me requiring me to make another trip back to the dealership. Also, I was told my vehicle would be cleaned and it was not. Historically, when it was Gladstone Nissan my vehicle was cleaned inside and out and since it has switched to **** Hannah Nissan I have noticed a significant decrease in the overall quality at the service center. I am strongly considering taking my business elsewhere
I was surprised to receive a text from Keegan updating the progress of service and additional recommendations of things that might attention. I think this is a good idea. I decided to have them do one of the things and decided to do the others at a later date. He is very nice and very professional.
He was able to fit in work that was convenient for me, highly appreciated.
