Half the people in front of me as the day before when I? came in and was told the next morning would be a shorter wait so I? went ahead and came in the following morning... that was a mistake. I? waited 2 hours for my service with half as many cars there as the day before when I? was quoted an hour and a half. Damn that wait sucked and really screwed up my day. Very inconvenient and I? wish I? did not have a service contract with that location.
I didn't hear anything all day and had to call at 5:30 to find out the status of my car.
Nothing was fixed on my truck. I feel the truck can be dangerous to drive, however; I was informed that Nissan feels it's "safe enough to drive." Although the Nissan tech test drove my truck stating there was problems with the torque converter. Explaining that there was a problem with this and causing a problem with shifting and causing the transmission to reach improperly. This is the second time in approximately one month that I have brought it in to their shop. The first time they told me there we're some code updates that needed to be done. And that they did them. After this nothing changed. So I brought it back in and they sent me home after I voiced concern and told me that they feel this problem is acceptable to them and Nissan engineers. My truck ran fine as far as I could tell up to around 9000 Mile or so then it started to give me all these problems I have told them about. That to me sounds like a change? Like something happened?

The staff were friendly and helpful. I mentioned that my car didn't seem to be transitioning through the gears at the right rpm so they took the car for a test drive. They reported that the car was still going through it's "breaking in" period. They will check on this again at the 15,000 mile service.

Well, last time my car was vacuumed and that was really nice.
Also, I had coupons (Nissan Rewards) that they previously honored even if it was from another dealership (in California). That wasn't the case this time, so I was kind of bummed about that.
Another person called and said that they would take Costco coupons for 15% and I am a Costco member, but it seemed to be brushed under the rug.
I do appreciate them though. They were able to find a time for me to come and drop off my car and promptly repair it in a very timely manner.
The repair was said to not be under warranty due to a parking lot scrape
the scrape did no damage to vehicle and was over one year ago. I was told
the repair would cost almost $1500. Both the sensor and arm needed to be replaced. I took my car to another Nissan Dealership and my car was repaired for $160. The sensor was not damaged.

Devin was very good with communication with the status of parts, etc. He was able to get it covered under warranty and arranged a loner car when to was taking so long on the part. Service couldn't have been better. You retained a loyal customer and I'm telling everyone about it.

I wish I could remember my card I'm supposed to present each BEFORE the service. Otherwise It's alway a good experience.
I feel they are honest and I've never felt lied to.
I had some issue they said wiper were bad and new one 86 dollars I decided not spend that but when coming back to get my I stop by parts and found out I could get new refills 20 dollars they didn’t seem to now which I ended up getting those also they took my air filter out to check when put it back it was not put back properly so it was making a wired nose me and my son ended putting it back on properly they should done better job checking there work
