I'm not certain contacting me will help, but you are certainly welcome to. Devan was very nice and communicated well. I'm simply disappointed Nissan said they were unable to help me with my water leak needs and that they don't have the ability to get parts for their own vehicles, even through 3rd parties. I had asked for a specific parts breakdown list of the items they thought were needed but unable to purchase, but instead was given two highlighted items and left to look up the parts on my own. I'm not sure I'll come back for recommended service, nor do I think I'll purchase my next Nissan here.

I was very impressed with the young man who handled my service intake when I arrived for my appointment. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My previous vehicle was a Lexus, I was very used to their excellent service team, so I was quite pleased at how things went today.

Yoy took care of the problem VW of Portland sold me, but my vehicle wasn't washed and it wasn't given a new cap for the air valve after the tech fixed the tire. I had to ask for one. I'm glad my tire is finally fixed and for that i thank you.

I had some less that good experiences with your service department in the past. I thought I would give you guys another try with this new vehicle. I thought Devan was great to deal with. Much better that my experience in the past. We can discuss that problem if you want but my guess is that you have a change in staff with the new ownership.
