I always feel the customer service I receive is welcoming, helpful and informed. I drive all the way from Beaverton to get my service. I have had experiences with the dealer in Beaverton where I felt much less satisfied. I will continue to drive the extra miles to get my service done at the Gladstone dealership.

The people helping me were great. But I live in Estacada and you have express oil changes with no appointment then I find out I have to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hrs to just get a oil change?
My appointment was at 9, my car wasn't ready until almost 1130. I had made my appointment before I received the coupon for 50% off, I used it and felt it negatively impacted the service I received. I felt I was imposing even though I was the one kept waiting.

Took 3 hours for a oil change for express service
The wait time was the longest I’ve ever waited. Just under three hours. Oil change and car wash. I know if speaking to someone they would say it wasn’t the oil change. If the time was because of the car wash, maybe you need to re-evaluate that part of your service.
Most of the people sitting with me were there just as long. Three hours is not good!
Because of my warranty needing to be @ a DH service department I would probably not purchase a car again from DH. This was our second car from there.
Devan did a great job. My only comment is that I was notified by text that my car was finished 20 minutes before it was ready. Thank you!
Overall great service w/ good communication. Great that the floor mats I ordered online were able to be paired up with the car being in the shop. One note, the mats were "installed" at no charge - but the carpets under had not been vacuumed. I removed them, cleaned, & reinstalled after getting home. Not a big deal - but as retiered mgr I thought it might be detail a service mgr would make note of. I'm very glad to have gotten the mats while I was there. Thanks - Steve
