I was very surprised that my car wash not washed and vacuumed out. While it was a small service, this time, I did buy out the lease on my 2015 Nissan Verde Note the same day. The previous service with you, my car was washed and vacuumed out.

It was not this dealerships fault. Kegan was great to work with. When we bought this van from **** Hanna Honda we bought the All State warranty we were not told the stereo or fog lights were after market and not covered. Now one year later we are without stereo and fog lights. We feel we were sold a bill of goods on this warranty and wonder what else might not be covered.
I was quoted 45 minutes for an oil change. After an hour I walked to the service desk and my car was sitting in the parking lot. I used to get car wash coupons or have the car washed for me, and that wasn't offered this time.
Everything was great
Except my car did not get washed and I was not offered a coupon for a car wash like I had in the past when they could not wash it.

You don’t need to call. It just took Almost 2 hours for an oil change. It doesn’t normally take that long.
I was Told that my car would be serviced in an hour and a half and it took 2 1/2 hours to get it taken care of and when I came to ask where it was the first time they didn’t give me an answer and said they would come back and tell me how much longer and didn’t so I had to come ask again so not very happy with this time getting my car serviced
