I was particularly impressed with his thoroughness, courtesy and prompt service response. It was beyond what I expected. Once I had conversation with Keegan after a frustrating start with receptionist in answering the service phones Keegan was able to straighten the situation out . I shared my experience with him with staff answering the phones

Took twice as long as it was supposed to take. They left muddy water spots all over my car from the car wash. And since they rotated my tires my car now pulls hard to the left ? I’m very upset. I traveled all the way to Gladstone from battleground Washington today to get this service and 3 hours I left with my car being worse off. I plan on calling tomorrow about this.

It was my first 6 mo. service since leasing my Rogue & it didn’t start well — I purchased the full maintenance package which includes a free loaner vehicle when my car’s being serviced and I was told Keegan would call me prior to appt. to discuss the loaner but he never called & it ended up being too late so my husband helped me drop it off. Also when I picked it up it hadn’t been washed and the confirmation text I recieved earlier in the day showed check mark that it had been washed — This makes me wonder if anything else on that check list wasn’t completed as well? The young man was very apologetic & instantly took care of it & my car was washed & ready in about 15 mins. Overall everyone was very pleasant and that certainly helped make up for the disappointments.
