When I bought the car, I was told that there would be car washes with the service. I know that sounds like a trivial thing, but if an oil and filter change takes an hour, a car wash is a nice perk for the wait. Even when they used to give out Washman coupons, that was a nice touch.

While I have had repeated repairs for transmission fluid leaks, the problem has been, in my opinion, the underlying issue of why this car has a transmission that continues to leak. I have been very satisfied with the service at **** Hannah Dealership and Kevin ****'s part in this, but I believe Nissan Incorporated should be held accountable for a failure of the transmission system to function as it should. Any ideas on what I should do? Thank you. Ann R
