When I have an oil change at Oil Can Henry's, they program my car to alert me when an oil change is due. I find it strange that the dealership does not do the same as I don't like the sticker in my windshield.

Hand wash was very poorly done. All of the tires were only 3/4 clean. Had huge dirt patches on them. Usually service is very good and I am surprised the wash was so bad. Lots of smudges and dirt patches elsewhere as well, including windows.

I am not sure if I did not hear or if it was not mentioned, but my car did not need an oil change. I was very surprised when the call to pick up my vehicle mentioned that the oil was changed. I also am not understanding how my car is still under warranty but I have to pay almost $400 for routine service as suggested in the owner's manual.

I have been a customer since 2001---Sky has been overseeing my service for at least the last 10 years. I return to **** Hannah because of Sky, but also the customer "lounge" is comfortable...and I can get work done while I wait. Thanks! Bill F

I brought my car in for an oil change and my low windshield wiper fluid display still was on when I left. Also in the past they would vacuum out my front seats and I would get a free car wash I don't get any of that anymore and they couldn't even feel the windshield wiper fluid

I made an appointment and was going to wait until I was told it would be a 2hr wait. I had to Uber home so I didn’t have to wait there that long. Ended up being almost five hours until my car was done. I took my car in for Recalls. Ridiculous! I had to borrow a car to complete my errands for the day.

Unfortunately, I was left underwhelmed by the service from **** Hannah Nissan. I had my window repaired yesterday, which the window itself seems to be functioning well, so for that I am grateful. However, when I picked up my car last night, there were several tiny pieces of glass on and around the seat and on the floor. While normally I would think this is unacceptable, it's especially problematic since it's where my daughter sits. This is not the first time I have been disappointed after having my car serviced at this dealership. "Bare minimum" seems to be the standard, which is unfortunate, especially since I'm paying a premium price for dealership service. Had I picked up my car and it been vacuumed and washed, I would have been ecstatic, and this service appointment would have gone a long way to repairing **** Hannah Nissan's reputation for me. At this point, I'm thinking driving further to a different dealership may be worth it in order to have better service.

I was very happy with the services I received. My only suggestion would be that, for a $50 oil change, a courtesy wash and vacuum would be nice. :)
