I missed my appointment and they got me in anyway so that's the good. Also everyone was really nice. But they forgot to wash my car and rotate my tires so I have to go back.
I am disapointed that I need to return because a part I wanted work done on is missing from my car. I understand that mistakes happen and that is okay, but unfortuneately it does leave me questioning the integrity of the rest of the work that was done to the car that I am unable to verify for myself.
