While nice folks the service department is the slowest I have ever experienced. 2 hours for a simple oil change (this is the second time) is really not good and frankly not worth the drive. I probably will not be returning as I don’t really have and option on dropping of my vehicle and taking 2 hours for what should be a 30 minute appt just does not make sense. I hope you can, at some point, actually offer a “quick” service. If so I might change my mind.

I brought my 06 suburban in for so.e warranty work and there were some ot her problems found with and he automatically called the warranty provider I really enjoyed his professional attitude

Auto service great. Waiting room very noisy with loud piped in music and TV set blaring. Let's tone it down a bit and make waiting more relaxing without noise overload. Please consider!!
