I think they should get the training to be able to set up bluetooth from cell yo car I asked them and they didn't know other than that is ok

My Altima has had a couple of issues that required it to be in the service department for several days. He was very good about keeping me posted on the progress and letting me know what work was being performed. When I picked up my car yesterday, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked - just like new. Not only does it look like a new car - it runs like a new car. I am so very grateful! Thank you!!

I had a 12pm appt. And by 1:15pm I was told that it would be at least another 30 minutes before the contracted vendor would even arrive just to give me an estimate. I also asked for a loaner car and was told there were none available. I chose not to wait and have decided to take my business elsewhere.
