I had my appointment at 9:30am, I was there early for my appointment. I had mentioned to them I have an catering service at 11am and have to leave no later than 10:30am. I went to asked, around 10:20 I was getting worried. Come to find out my truck was not service and has not begun. He told me they service the wrong truck, As you can imagine I frustrated and mad because I had to leave, and they had to reschedule my service, I already scheduled all my plans and woke up extra early for this.

I don't need to discuss with my Nissan Representative. There was a misunderstanding on time of appointment. I was surprised that I was scheduled for 1000 instead of 0700 start time which I had set up when I called them Monday. Therefore, I needed to get back to Newberg instead of waiting until 2 or 3 PM at location. Instead of a loaner car, I was offered a rental car. Never heard of paying for a rental at a dealership when awaiting service to a car, especially considering the huge cost associated with service performed at a dealership. After all was said and done, even though I had purchased the part for $300+, installation, (additional parts charge!?), rental car and gas came to almost $500. $800 to add crossbars to the car is outrageous! Also, I asked the rep to set the proper air pressure on my tires but that wsn't done...still 42 psi when I departed the dealership. I'm sorry, but I'm done with **** Hannah Nissan.

Actually I was going to call you tomorrow. The sticker says 3000 miles come back . I thought it was 50000 w the synthetic oil like last time. So it the reminder correct in the programming of the cars computer?

The repairs seem to be perfectly fine but after spending over $1400 there I feel like I should have received more than a "Yeah" when I said thank you to the customer service representative. A simple "Thank you and have a good day" would have been better.

So I bought my "new" car not even 2 months ago. It has taken me 3 times of bringing my car back to the dealership to have my brakes fixed. Yesterday they were finally taken care of! Now my "new" rotors are covered in rust and you can see the rust from over 100 yards away!! Why is this so difficult? I am so disappointed in my purchase! This is my 1st "new" vehicle in almost 20 years. Instead of being excited or happy I am angry, feel used, taken advantage of and instead of loving my "new" car...hate it. Thank you for that. If this is what is to be expected from Nissan I will be sure that no one I know will ever purchase one.Thanks again!!

We feel we were gouged on the price and despite the explanation from Skye, I don’t appreciate being charged for 4.2 hours of labor when the me hanics spent less than 3 hours for the repair. I doubt we will use your service department again, especially after another mechanic said the standard time for the repair was one hour.

Sky was amazing to work with. We were in from out of town and our car just died, so we pretty much just showed up on your doorstep needing help. He got our car in to be looked at as soon as possible. When he discovered the problem, and that it would take several days to fix, he set us up with a rental car. He handled everything with our warranty and handled my many stresses out calls with grace and courtesy. We are super happy with our experience.
