Keegan was so friendly and professional. He didn’t keep me waiting. Him and his team had my car done early and called me as soon as it was ready.
Adrianne was very friendly and was very much informed as she reassured me that the pre-trip inspection would reveal any issues. There were many issues to be addressed from the inspection but I was happy with the service!
This was an absolute nightmare for me. I dropped the car off for scheduled 9:30 at 9:15. It was not done until after 2:30. I was emailed that it was done around 12, wife dropped me off to get it and I was told it wasn't close to done. Wife has broken phone, so I had to walk 1.2 miles home. Then after all of that you guys didn't even wash the car. Your W is still written on my back windshield. Horrible service.

Sky and the team are great - As to the TV in the waiting room, not so much. This is the upper Weat Coast, not California. Dr. Phil? you have to be kidding - At least it was not CNN, like the airport.

Everything was great, but I didn’t know I was supposed to check my email for approval of any extra work. Consequently, I have to go back for an air filter. This seems like an inefficient way to communicate as I would have had to constantly check my email during the 2 hours my car was in the shop. A phone or text would be much better. Now I need to find the time to go back...
They were suppose to change my parking and fog lights to match my headlights which were standard manufactured lights but only changed the fog lights.Previously had all HID Lights when I purchased the car on 4/21/2018 but the driver's side headlight blew out and I was told it was an outmarketed light BUT that's how I purchased it so I went with the standard headlight,thinking my whole front lighting would match and wouldn't have an off based lighting.(Paying almost $30,000 for this vehicle.)
