Told them we were waiting and the paperwork was stamped with a red large waiting stamp but they forgot about us. Didn’t try to call or check to let me know what they found and authorize work. 1hr and 45 min later (10:45, an hour past when they said they’d check in) we checked in and they seemed to not know anything about me or my vehicle. When I was printed out a list of what was inspected and then gave permission for the work I wanted done they told me that completing these minor tasks by 12:30pm would “be pushing it”. I told them that was unacceptable given that I had specifically made a waiting appt and already waited since 9am. They had my car done by noon.

My truck isn't fixed. I brought it in for an issue, you guys can't seem to figure out why it's not working right, so instead of trying other things to diagnose it, I'm sent on my way (after a week) with my truck. Well let's hope the same problem doesn't occur when I'm in the middle of nowhere and suddenly my vehicle won't start. That will be wonderful wont it? Middle of nowhere, crying baby in the backseat. Yup, pretty sure that's not going to go over well.
This isn't the first time I've brought a vehicle down there and it hasn't been fixed. I used to have a nissan versa that the "check engine" light kept coming on. I'd bring it down, you guys would reset it, and then send me on my way. Finally took it somewhere else, where they found a faulty evap something or other. Nice of them to actually take the time to try and figure it out.
I have never in my 25 years of driving experience sat at a dealer for nearly 2 1/2 hours for a SCHEDULED oil change. No tire rotation (I have a Z). No explanation. No discount offered and no apology. I have zero intention of ever coming back to have my car serviced here again. This was awful customer service.
Was a great experience, from scheduling the appointment to the end. I will definitely be back in the future and will recommend to friends. I never give 5 stars, but tuis cisit would be worth 5 starts out of 6.

I felt like the customer service was excellent. However, waiting almost 2 hours for an oil change is a little ridiculous. This is the second consecutive time that this has occurred. I've taken my car here for service since I purchased the car at your dealership. I'm considering going somewhere else if this occurs in the future. I'm willing to give it one more shot. I hate to think this could possibly be my last visit but, if it's going to take that long for an oil change, I'm gonna have to consider going elsewhere. Thanks for your time.
