Very happy with the service at **** Hannah Nissan. They squeezed my flat tire into the service schedule, removed the nail, plugged the hole, and we were on our way again! The coverage under Hannah’s program meant the repair was free, which is always appreciated when a service is unexpected. Thanks!

Made an appointment because I thought maybe I would get in and out quicker. Appointments were a week out and I waited just as long as if I had just dropped in. Then I was solicited while waiting for a appraisal which I find annoying. It was half an hour passed the time I was told my car would be done with a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had to go to the counter and ask. It was done for who knows how long. Then I was sent with my keys to wonder around to find my car. The service member came out to ask if I wanted it pulled around, I said I would find it, just needed to be pointed in the right direction. The direction was the opposite of which my car was located. Luckily my daughter spotted it before I wondered around aimlessly. I would have been even more irritated than I already was.

I came by appointment and Instead of the promised over the phone 25-30 minutes waiting time it was almost 2 hours and I was late for my next apoytment. I had a low pressure on the front passenger wheel and I asked you to add air to it, and the paperwork says you guys did, but my sensors showed the same low pressure as before! Why say Yes and never do? I am not happy!
