This service dept. always provides top notch service. I never worry about who is working on my car... the guys are always polite,pleasant and professional.

We usually take our Jeep up to **** Hannah and Vancouver but that we would try closer to home glad we did great experience we will be back

I talked to Skye yesterday and he said that he would order the parts needed for my vevehicle. I had an appointment for 7:15 AM. Around noon, I was informed that the parts would not arrive until around 1pm. The delay required us to stay another night in Portland costing us another day off work. We live at the beach. Everyone was nice but a small repair took 8 hours to complete. It cost my husband a day of work so he was very upset.
One request: you have two computer stations in the waiting area. Is it possible to add a couple that don't have computers at them for those of us that bring our work while waiting.
Worked with the insurance company quickly to ensure a speedy recovery
