The sevice technician (Joshua Barrera) was awesome, and the service that WAS performed was great. My only issue is that the appointment I scheduled ahead of time included the purchase of 4 new tires as well as routine maintenance. When I showed up for my appointment there were no tires in stock that fit my vehicle. I can understand that happening if I just dropped in without an appointment. But when I make a point of stating the sevices I want performed when I make the appointment, and I receive a confirmation email showing those services, I expect to be able to have those sevices completed. Especially when I have a 40 minute one way drive to get to the dealership. My Josh tried to solve the problem by getting tires in from another location, but after waiting 3 hours the tires still had not arrived, and my child (who is autistic) wasn't going to wait any longer without having a major meltdown. Yes, I was offered a loner vehicle to take home and return the next day for my vehicle, but I didn't have the time in my schedule to drive another 1.5 hour round trip the following day to pick up my vehicle. That is why I scheduled an appointment for the services several days ahead of time.

My favorite part of the oil change is the car wash and I had to request it when I came to pick it up. I thought it was a standard thing. Regardless thanks again for the fine service.
My check engine light is gone, however my car is maintaining the same issue. I was told this can only be fixed at a Buick dealership. I called my local auto shop and they said they would look at it no problem. Not much advantage to driving out to **** hannah for no reason. Service was timely however which was appreciated.
