Skye was helpful and courteous and made sure the work was done quickly while I waited so I could still make my meeting and didn't have to hassle with a return trip later in the day. The cliking noise I came in for has been fixed at the right price.
Drove an hour to the appointment just to have the service personnel start the repair and inform me they do not have the needed parts. Very disappointed. Unprofessional to say the least .
