I only had part of what needed fixed on my Murano, I didn’t think it was fair to charge me 169.00 to see the obvious... that I needed a new clip to hold me AWD button up and my Charger holder as well as estimating what might cause only one side of seat move. These are all failed OEM Nissan parts... you should asses those repairs at no charge, and only charge for the actual parts, I bought this SUV new at Nissan, seems like a fair expectation to me. Also when you replaced my fog light last June you didn’t replace all the clips in the undercarriage, I had to pay to replace those myself when one of the two you did use failed and I drug it down the road. I did appreciate the wash and partial vacuuming.

Skye was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. My car problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Because problem was a road hazard (rock) lodged in my brake system which once diagnosed could be quickly removed to completely remedy the problem, the dealership waived the labor charges. That was unexpected and appreciated. You now have a customer for life.

I realized I paid 20 dollars less it appears for my last full synthetic oil change. I had looked over my last invoice. Also usually their is the complimentary car wash and It wasn’t offered and given, However, Sky was friendly and courteous

Brought my car in for the third time to get the brakes and ignition fixed. The brakes have a horrible screeching sound. And I was told they are new brakes. But that they are going to continue to make that noise. Paid to have my ignition switched out due to the key being stuck in it. After waiting longer then I anticipated I found out the key still gets stuck in the ignition. Very annoyed service not good. The product I purchased not good either.
