Thank you for stepping in and doing the right thing. I hope you are able to speak up to Nissan America about how they should be providing the safety update to all cars regardless of warranty status. I don't want others to end up in the same situation as me or be refused the update completely, that's just not the right thing to do.

I sat there for two hours and it wasn’t until I went up to the desk that I was told that they couldn’t perform the service unless I waited another hour. No one thought to tell me. I have very limited time because I’m moving in a month and it should have been communicated. I was truly displeased especially since I now have to find time to come back in hopes that I won’t be there for another two hours

I was impressed that they fixed the problem (hopefully, as it was intermittent), and washed the car at no charge. That is a way to gain customer satisfaction.

Came in with a flat tire on a Monday that was unrepairable and tires weren't in stock it was Friday before I got a price quote on tires and by that time I had found a solution to the problem
