Andrew has been my service manager for the past four years and has always done everything he could to keep me updated and in the loop. He is a very active service manager who puts the customer first and exemplifies the **** Hannah motto.

last week 12/21/2017, I tried to get my Subaru serviced,and they wouldn't even book an appointment for me. then ,I get my oil changed today,& it looks like you guys charged me over $130.00 for an oil change. My husband has a Ford F-350 diesel, and it holds 15 quarts of oil,has 2 filters,and Vancouver ford only charges him $ 120.oo .seems like now that I have bought my 2017 outback,you guys are kinda gouging me for a simple 5 quart oil change, I'm pretty disappointed.
