When I paid my bill she was kind and patient when my card didn't work for awhile. I would gladly work with her again.????

Barbra wAs awesome. She called to let me know as soon as my car was finished. Despite the fact there was a laundry list of things wrong with my car she was not pushy or rude about getting them fixed there. She treated me me respectfully even though I was broke and driving a hoopster, I appreciated that.

So when I called to make the appointment the lady on the phone said it would take an hour and 30 minutes I said not a problem the thing that I think that you guys could work on maybe a little bit better is offer a shuttle bus or some type of service to drive us somewhere because I was not aware that I was going to be stranded all the day with no car I had to find a ride on top of when I walked in everyone of those super nice but they told me it was gonna be more than an hour and 30 minutes I dropped my car off at 9:30 forAnd the guy said it wouldn’t be ready until 233 then I called at 11 they said it wouldn’t be ready until after four if that was the case I would’ve kept my car got my stuff done that day and came back before four to drop it off if that part can get a little bit more organized that was a hassle for me and for everyone that happened help me that day other than that the service was great
