The people were very nice and fairly fast but it was extremely expensive for the service provided and if you mess up the clock, please reset it!

Was told it would be about an hour and $70 for my oil change. Chris came in after an hour to tell me I needed a new cabin filter and air filter and a light bulb for my license plate. Told me that would bring my total up to $100. I thought ok, I would let them do it. (I have changed the cabin filter myself in the past for less than $10 and less than 10 minutes, and that was my first time figuring out to get the glove box out.) Was there almost 2 hours (watched 4 shows of Family Feud), total was $197.44, and I didn't even get my car washed. Very disappointed. Had he said it would bring my total up to $200, I would have said no. I will take care of it myself.

Being a Subaru, I haven't had much need of your service department with the exception of regularly scheduled service. My 2017 Forester did, however, recently started to make a groaning sound with the tailgate lift apparatus was activated. This also happened on my 2915 Forester. In both cases, Frank addressed the situation immediately. I especially like that **** Hannah apparently has the practice of assigning the same service representatives to their customers. Frank is the ultimate professional and I have come to really appreciate his cheerful and competent attitude. You have a real winner in Frank!

As usual, I was impressed with the respect and customer service provided by Carson Krigbaum, and all of Hannah Subaru's Service Department. The wait time for Carson or another employee to wait on me is virtually non-existent.
