I did realize the element aur cleaner svc was part of charges. At $366.70, I would have refused this service. It is almost HALF of my bill. It ius total **** charge/service that is not worth the cost.

Few people at your shop not only say they believe in nice, but actually practice it. Believe in Nice--even tho I worship Damian Lillard--is total rhetoric. Make your purchase and service customers more comfortable and tell them when there are discounts to be had.
And provide coffee and a few snacks, and have a welcoming approach to people, PLEASE!
