I booked an appointment with a service rep and there was no explanation of why I had a different rep until I asked.
The rep hadn't looked at my file beforehand to know if I needed to rotate tires or not.
It took 1.5 hours for an oil change.
Frank Ross always provides world class service. I have complete faith that I can rely on him to only recommend services or products to me that I need. I took his recommendation for replacement tires to my son (who is over protective of me and researches everything) and he agreed that Frank picked the highest rated tires for my car. Now my son is impressed with Frank too.

Amazing team of people at **** Hana Subaru I feel so welcomed when coming there and the service was outstanding I was not expecting to be driving a $32,000 loaner car for 2 days that’s for sure but they hooked me up I will be dealing with you’re team as much as I can in the future!
