Overall service was good; tend to have a good experience with your service Dept. This time however my heated seats didn't work when I got my car back. I scheduled a follow up appointment to have you look into it, but went ahead and looked at the wiring myself. Found that none of the wiring in my center console was connected back up. I was able to fix this myself. So will call tomorrow and cancel the follow up.
Service done before time expected, plus Chris managed to get a car wash done although they were backed up with scheduling! Loved getting the shiny clean car returned when I wasn't really expecting it!
Andrew provided excellent customer service and I am extremely satisfied.
Very helpful and friendly! My only complaint about my visit today was about the quality of my car wash which had absolutely nothing to do with Andrew. I really think that you should automatically wash people's cars when they come in for service just as a courtesy.When I asked for a car wash with my 6000 mile check up they got it done but it was a horrible wash job. My outside windows were still dirty and there were water spots and dirty sections on the car. Again I did not discuss this with Andrew and it had nothing to do with him.

Didn’t call me when vehicle was finished or about air filters when said she would. Also helped another customer ahead of me and I had to ask for assistance paying from someone else because I had been waiting 15 min for her to help this other person and she seemed irritated that I went to someone else. I have an ignition interlock device and prior appointments have been no problem however today for some reason I left with a violation and then I asked her to fill out the form for me and she said well we didn’t do that. Ok so there wasn’t a violation on there when I left it now there was so. Not a huge deal but I have to pay another 54 dollars to get it recalibrated. Not my best experience at **** Hannah for sure.
Andrew solved the problem then when asked he found a newer Forester in our price range. then connected us with a sales person to close the deal.
Andrew has given us.outstanding service since we purchased our 2010 forester.
