Carson always does a fantastic job with communication and providing overall excellent service. I appreciate all his efforts. I did ask to have the car washed and vacuumed, the exterior looked great, the interior did not have much attention to it and was still pretty dirty,

Frank is great! He always has a smile and listens if I have a problem. I do wished that an inspection, oil change and tire rotation didn’t take an hour and a half. I’m just glad Frank told me the 30K service would take an hour longer so I could reschedule.

Barb was super helpful. Listened well, listed possible causes of the problem, promptly had a loaner for me, spent time trying to understand the issue and had the confidence to tell me that my concern is probably not an issue given the dynamics of the ignition switch. I look forward to working with her again.

Overall experience was good. One issue was that I received a service reminder via email about 2 weeks ago that quoted the front breaks at $210 but the actual cost was higher. Zach explained that the quote didn’t include labor. Please ensure that the auto generated reminders quote the full cost so there isn’t confusion on the actual price.

This is the second visit where the service advisor tried to pad my bill. I had a coupon for $69.45 +tax for the oil change. Service advisor trued to add $5.50 shop fee. Second occurance. How many people have you overcharged??? Clearly an unethical dealership.

I Had a lube and oil change. And, I had the air bag (recalled) replaced. I got a car rental and was back to get my vehicle 6 hours later. That was ok. Zachery kept me informed with texts. Perfect.
