When I got home from the service I found that we were missing a blanket from the back of the vehicle. I called the service rep and got zero help. I asked him to please inform the manager that I would no longer use or recommend Hannah Subaru maintenance in the future. I do not wish to give business to a company I can no longer trust.

Quick and friendly service. Frank explained every service that was needed and didn’t pressure me to have services that weren’t necessary (waiting until 60k service to replace air filters and steering fluid). Even went out of his way to make a minor repair to a broken air vent. Thank you!

I drove five hours round trip two days in a row to get my car fixed after a recall. I was a half hour into my 2.5 hour drive home on day 2 when I realized the heat wasn’t working in my vehicle. I had to double back, and wait another 45 minutes for it to get fixed. That cost me another hour and a half of my time, including paid time off of work. Your technician said they would get it fixed. There was no apology, or offer to make it right anyway. I was given the number for the Subaru recall. My concern is that I spent $50 of my own money on gas in the past two days, along with most of two workdays to get my vehicle fixed for recalls that never should have been my problem to deal with anyway. I will also follow up by calling the Subaru number that I was provided with.

Your motto states, "Believe in nice." This is an excellent idea, however, services and attitudes delivered by the employees of **** Hannah Dealerships do not always live up to this advertised ideal. I consistently get the feeling that you are in business primarily to make money and customers are merely a means to an end. Honesty, fairness, candor, and a sincere desire to serve your customers are what builds trust. Not just mottos.

I was in and out quickly when dropping off vehicle and picking up a rental. I was kept up to date on completion of my vehicle. Vehicle was clean and no apparent scratches or other damage.
