First of all, I would like to say that Carson did a very good job and that he was patient and friendly and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. In fact, I would have to say that I am at least 99.9% satisfied with everything that I experienced throughout the process of getting my 60,000 mile service done. I just wish there was a little bit more detailed information as to exactly what had been done and that maybe I would have the opportunity to speak with me tech who actually did the work. I never asked Carson to do that, so perhaps if I had he would have called him up for me to talk to. Carson did provide me with some important details however, some of them were offered up without me having to ask and others were answered clearly after I asked. For some people, $800 is not a big deal, but for me it is, and I would have liked to just have it in little bit more detail as to exactly what was done during the service and what all of the inspection points word, and what was seen and how it all went. I would not have taken much time, I just would have liked to of had a quick detailed rundown of what the person doing the inspections saw. Thank you for this opportunity to give feedback! :-)

The service was ok, but I was waiting for you to vacuum and wash my car in the same price. I used to take my other car to Nissan for oil changes and in the price I paid $40 they vacuumed and washed my car.
