Was a little disappointed when signing the paperwork after the repair was made I made a comment about how I am glad that this issue was final resolved. The individual said “so am I” in a condescending way. I was so let down that I have been dealing with this issue for over 4 months which included driving from Vermont to Oregon. A little understanding can go a long way.

Use of the complimentary lender car made leaving my car there for 4 days easy. It was fun driving a newer version of my Outback. The steering column felt much more responsive than my 2014's. Thanks for trustworthy help.

Carson was very helpful. My only frustration with my experience was that when I called to schedule my appointment I was told that my 75k tune up would cost me $199 and then when I got there I was told it was going to be $350. That is a big difference! When I complained I was told whoever I spoke to must not have been including some flush (that is standardly included in the 75k tune up) and that if I wanted they could skip that until another time and then it would be less expensive (until next time of coarse because my car would still need hat service). I of coarse wanted what was the regular and recommended service that went with a 75k tune up. So lucky me I paid almost $200 (after fees and taxes) MORE than I was quoted. Definitely not a pleasant surprise!

Carson was incredibly helpful. He was very professional and provided all around excellent customer service. He followed up with me regarding any questions or concerns I might have had regarding my vehicle and made sure all of my queries were addressed.
