My car was not fully reprogrammed after a battery change. Had to return to reprogram the driver window after we thought it was broke. Been nice if clock was reset, too. Overall, satisfied despite the inconvenience.

It seems to me that $95 plus tax is a lot to pay for an oil change and a tire rotation. Other shops I have taken my cars to will do tire rotations for free. Honestly I have always been leery of dealerships for their high service charges, but since our car is under warranty I feel obligated to take it to an authorized Subaru dealer. My advisor, Barbara Devon was very professional and gave customer service.

Andrew is always very helpful. I did have trouble trying to set up an appointment over the phone. I tried three times to no avail, then I set up an appointment online. Evidently even that didn't work well. Andrew took care of getting my car taken care of - he is great to work with and I appreciated his help.

My interactions with this server manager were not particularly “nice.” His smirk and attitude in response to some of my questions, did not make the experience positive for me. Prior to this visit, I have had positive experiences and great interactions with all the other service managers I have worked with, on prior visits to **** Hannah. I have appreciated the prior visit service interactions. This one I did not enjoy or appreciate.
