Zachary was vey short with me both in person and on the phone. His responses to my questions were condesending and he didnt seem to want to listen about my thoughts about the issues with my car. One of those issues has been persisting for over 12k miles and this is now the third time the car has been brought in for that problem. All that was done this visit to rectify it was the same thing that failed to fix it on my first visit. He did agree to have some internal trim pieces replaced that were aparently not covered, and that was very helpful, but when I showed up in person to pick up the car I was mid sentance into asking him a question when he turn his back to me and walked away. I dont know if he was intentionally being rude or just having a bad day, but the whole experience with Zachary just felt like he was too busy to care. Its unfortunate that I am stuck with him until my issues are resoved, but if at all possible I would like another rep to handle my repairs. If I need to wait in order for someone else to fit me in then I would be willing. Zachary was just so unpleasent to work with that I would prefer to avoid any more interaction with him if at all possible.

I am completely happy with the experience that occurred while I was at the service center and extremely happy with the customer service provided by Carson. I am completely unhappy with receiving numerous e-mails and texts for a single appointment that I scheduled and, as an adult, have the ability to manage my time and make the appointment I scheduled. One reminder e-mail is plenty. Please re-evaluate your processes and move away from the ridiculous amount of follow-up.

There was a couple things that bugged me but are more as a preference. One being that the new oil change reminder was placed over the old one instead of the old one being taken off first. The other thing was that the service ticket number was left under the windshield wiper and I didn't see it till I was driving down the road. It would be nice to see the service car wash come back or possibly be available for a small fee. Other than those little things I am completely satisfied with the service.

I was guaranteed an external wash and detail and interior vacuum/detail and received neither. When I asked about the wash I was told ‘they got rid of the car wash and detail but I can have somebody wash the outside for you, it will be another 45 minutes.’ At this point I declined as I had time restrictions this morning. I was also told when I was purchasing the car, that I could get a free rental through the dealership for all service appointments and was told today that I only get 2 free rentals a year. I was disappointed with this and am curious as to what else there may be I was guaranteed that I will not receive in the future.

When we think of Subaru service, we think, "Carson". When we think of Subaru in general, we think, "Carson". Because of him, we have been a loyal Subaru customer. In fact, just today, we purchased another Subaru vehicle, today we chose the 2019 Crosstrek. We mentioned to Carson that our daughter is planning on purchasing a car, and right away, Carson connected us to Rod Smith.
