When I made my appointment I was told it would be a two hour appointment. Barbara was "running late" when I arrived and she called me when I as already on my way home to tell me it was suppose to be just an oil change/ tire rotation, which I could have waited for. She suggested doing the 30,000 mile service, which would take 3-4 hours. I finally called her later in the day to check in the progress of my car. They ended up having it from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. There was an issue with the tires which I did not believe she was knowledgable about and I had also asked about the trim piece on the roof rack, which had a buckle. I had to ask another service agent about it when I finally got the car. I am still waiting for Barbara to let me know about the availability of the part and when I can get it repaired. I have been satisfied with all of the team members at **** Hannah, but I won't work with Barbara again.
