I have never had such excellent servivice! Normally I drive into a greasy floored garage for car service. Today at **** Hannah I drove onto a carpet! I had no idea that a car repair could be such a posh experience. Everyone working there provided smiles and great customer service!

I probably have two of the best examples of how Frank Ross has gone above and beyond (may just be the norm for Frank) when many others would not have taken the time.
