I was told that any time I get my car serviced there would be a car wash. I returned and needed to request that. Because last time they tried to vacuum out the interior but couldn’t do much because I had stuff all over. So this time I gutted my car and they didn’t vacuum.
I was also told I would be called when it was done, but wasn’t. I was told it would be done by a certain time, and when I called an hour after that I check the status the person who answered the phone couldn’t find anyone to provide a status update. They stated they would have one of the techs call, and when they did they informed me the car was done—making me feel like it had been done and was sitting waiting for me, while I was anxiously waiting for the call that my car was done.
Husband felt there was some pricing discrepancy from what was told to him at the time of drop off and what we paid. We did not clearly see where the 10% loyalty price was taken off.
Everything was great. Taisharra was nice, attentive. Great representative for Hannah. Only disappointment was no car wash. Also this survey is NOT mobile friendly

There is no way we should have had to pay $70 for an oil change at 2600 miles in 6 months. When we called to make the 6 month appt we questioned service at this time but was scheduled. When we came in, our rep Barbara said the miles were too low for the 6 month maintanence appt but would do the oil change. At pick up she said not to do another oil change for 6000 more miles...at 8600. So why did we have to do this expense at 2600 miles?
