When I got there I was told to have a seat in the waiting room and someone would come help me. Almost an hour later I was told my car was finished. I didn’t get to talk to anyone about my concerns for my car. I had a nail in my tire that your servicemen were unable to repair, which is frustrating since les Schwann did it for free in 15 minutes. I also don’t know how they didn’t notice that my front license plate was missing (possibly something your customers would like to know, especially since it had come off in the car wash earlier that morning and I hadn’t noticed). Then when I went to pay and tried to use a first time customer coupon I was told because my car had been there (by the previous owner) that I wouldn’t be able to use it. I have to say that my first experience at the dealership service center will be my last. Very unhappy with the service I received. Also very likely to recommend friends and family not go there as well.

I was expecting my windows cleaned and vacuum but was told that it was after 5 so they didn't have time. I can start going back to four season for the ssme thing at half the cost.

Thank you for double checking my policy. I really appreciate them looking out for me and working hard to help me even though a simple oil change turned into so much more. Those things happen and i’m Glad they worked so efficiently and with great team work to complete the work and also wash my car in a timely manner. I really appreciate it.

Didn’t specify a duration for service; it took five, which was much longer than expected. Pre-service email should inform customer of approximate service duration. However, service did provide no-charge rental, which was appropriate given situation.
