Fabulous service always. Very trustworthy service. Andrew always seems to understand my concerns and has my best interests at heart. However, it was very expensive oil change today at about $200. Seems high. Invoice # 121855.

She is a very personable agent of goodness to me when I go to get Subaru service. My only recommendation to the company is that the service ought to include a car wash. Good for the “feels”.

First of all i bought a brand new car from you with intentions and expectations youb would do the service work on my car. Which would included you would take time and great pride in keeping my Subaru in its most excellent condition. When i came in to address a low tire pressure and a oil change. I was only rushed out ofbyour service center and told o sometimes tire pressure goes down. I then said what about the screw in the tire? Your service guy said what screw? The one i asked youbto address when i came in. Then pissed what i asked never got done and pissed at your spunky little service man whom rushed me on his way all so he could go home. Hence he mentioned it was late in the day and we cant address the way your car in driving or inspect the brakes for you because its to late in the day!!! Wtf i then realized my service was incomplete no one rotated the tires!!!! Please do feel free to call me ****-****-xxxx. So we can make this right. I will also mention its very important to me to leave the service center with confindence. I have a very long commute to work which is and hour to an hour and 20 mins. I sure dont want to be left stranded on the 205 bridge because i only got in my car this morning with the low tire pressure light on again!! I am very disappointed and think you should schedule someone that wants to take the time to address and fix this situation.

I set up an appointment online for 60k service for my vehicle. I also made a note that I needed tires, brakes and a loaner vehicle. When I arrived, Frank as waiting for me, got the list of things I wanted to have checked, and helped me get the loaner. He thought they could get the work done in one day. He texted me with updates that day and then called and let me know of a large problem, that was covered under warranty, but would take a few days. He made sure I knew I could keep the loaner and that the warranty issue was covered with a $100 deductible. He also let me know the tires could go a bit longer, but since I was leaving my car for a few days, I had everything completed. My vehicle was done today. When I picked it up, Frank went over everything that was done, and showed me where he saved me some money on the tires due to the Rewards Program membership. The entire process was so easy for me and that was very much appreciated.
