I was in a couple weeks ago to have my radiator fixed.
I had a couple Marker lights that were out so I paid to have them replaced and spent over $500 that day. After leaving on vacation I discovered my low beam lights no longer worked. When I was finally able to take the car back I explained to the tech how I was disappointed because I paid **** Hannah extra to make sure all my lights worked. My low beams worked when I dropped the car off and after replacing marker lights the low beams “mysteriously “ didn’t work when I left. The tech didn’t want too but eventually replaced the low beams bulbs for free. Between my wife and 2 kids we have bought 6 cars from **** Hannah. (Just ask Frank in fleet ) I felt like my integrity was questioned when I brought my car back. This wasn’t a pleasant customer experience

I was told my cat would be washed and vacuumed. It wasn’t. This is the third or fourth time that I have had it serviced here and told it would be cleaned and vacuumed and it wasn’t. I did get a free wash at Kaadt card today but that still doesn’t make it right that it was not done in the first place and I still have to go wash it and vacuum it. It is quite frustrating. I have only had my car serviced here but I am considering going somewhere else now. Possibly the Subaru dealership in Portland.

Vehicle was not returned cleaned and deodorized as promised. after talking to Zach he admitted that the ionization machines were not used as promised. steam cleaning was not performed as promised. Noise that was described coming from car was not addressed and found to be a bad left rear wheel bearing, to the point that the vehicle was unsafe to be on the road. I will not return to your dealership for any reason due to what I believe is incompetence on the the part of your service department. I should not have to diagnosis and repair an issue that should have been caught when your mechanics performed their complimentary multi point inspection.
He knows his stuff. And he answered all our concerns.
