Zachary was great! It seemed to be a fairly busy day but Zachary and the rest of the team were very pleasant and handled everyone quite well and efficiently. We live 40 miles north and make the drive to **** Hannah Subaru exclusively for the remarkable customer service team and technicians. Zachary and the rest of the team embody all qualities that make up a great dealship and service center- honesty, knowledgeable, personable, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. **** Hannah makes a clear point that you don't have to buy a $100k vehicle to experience great customer service. It was disappointing that nothing was found that might have caused the failures to start and the stall, but I have complete confidence that it was thoroughly checked out. It’s in very good shape on the inside for a 17 year old car, thanks to **** Hannah’s great care. Kathie Muench (this is my phone & I’m the one who drives this car). Carl has the 2016 Crosstrek.

Unfortunately the error lights following a battery swap were unable to be reset. Without diagnosis that is. Now an airbag error is also glitching after the repair. It will be taken somewhere else for further maintenance.
