I feel there is electrical issues with this car.. the dash and the center console lighting dims to the point where you can’t see anything. Subaru isn’t able to locate the issue so it’s not getting fixed. The charging cord explanation doesn’t make no sense. Only a certain percent of crosstrek have this issue, my car didn’t have this issue til now. To me it an electrical issue. Q

It took a very long time to repair my car. I appreciated the loaner but the one I had the longest was several upgrades below my own car. Very no thrills. All of that was explained but still very inconvenient. The worst of it is that now that I’ve got it back, there’s a problem with the front side window in that it won’t go up smoothly with one push of a button like it used to. Now I have to keep pushing the up button to make it go up. I don’t want to bring it back after what I just went through.

Service was good except that it took a bit longer than an hour and half just for an oil change. I made a appointment ahead of time for 9am and it was not done until past 10:30am.

Carson made this as painless as possible after I didn't have my insurance card with me so I couldn't take a rental car to work. He told me the service could be completed in 1 hour, I let my boss know about the new time line, and got my car back in less time even than promised. *So* appreciative of your professionalism.
