The oil change was pricey but to LIE THAT they vacuumed. No your company did not until I questioned. Yes, I walked the man back to the vacuum and showed him how. He stated YOUR BUSINESS ONLY VACUUMS THE DRIVER SEAT. I stated I only came in for a vacuum. He also never pulled up the mats unless I asked him. Really? $108 with an appointment. Crap!
I felt the cost of my oil change was very excessive. Also, I understand your service center not washing the cars that come in, but my car was not vacuumed and the dash was not wiped down. It seems like if you are going to charge double what any other place would charge, you should give your customers the royal treatment.
I was confused about the pricing being higher than I expected according to my rewards and coupons, but the service was excellent!
Carson was very friendly and kept us up to date of what was happening with the part that was delayed. Overall, very happy with the service provided. Will be switching my cars maintenance visits from Wentworth to **** Hannah.

It used to have free car wash come with car service. It’s now taken away from the customers.

Carson was great but I was surprised to pay $100+ for an oil change and tire rotation and not even get the inside vacuumed or maybe a compd car wash

Simple oil change service took 2 hours and when asked why they didnt wash the car which I believe is part of the service, the guy just shrugged and walked off. Real classy!
Following service, several of my dashboard functions were changed and I did not know how to get them back ... speed indicator and light settings. Also I expected a car wash but that didn’t happen.
