I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was assured I didn't need one. Upon arriving I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I left to run errands and was told when I returned that it wasn't busy and I would get right in. Well, 7 months pregnant with my 4 year old in tow, we sat there for 1.5 hours! For an oil change!! I kept checking in to see what the hold up was. I got a text saying my car was ready, but it wasn't! When I finally got my car, it wasn't vacuumed (like they told me it would be). I was too annoyed and out of patience so just left. I really don't know if I want to continue to have my car serviced there!
