The time it took to complete the work was entirely unsatisfactory. To an oil change and car wash, it shouldn't take 2 hours. Also, after 90 minutes I had a on go and find out how the service was going. He went back to find out and they had given him the paperwork which he didn't even know they'd given it him. Other customers that came in after me got their cars back before I did, and I only had an oil change.
Frank is the greatest service manager I've ever had the pleasure to work with - not just at **** Hannah Subaru, but at any dealership. He always makes me feel that my car and I are well taken care of. I truly appreciate the fact that he works for your organization!

Frank let me know the plan, let me know when it was ready, reviewed the inspection and even got me tire quotes which I had asked for when I first arrived. And everyone is always nice to mg dog. She loves coming here. Frank also told me when my next service is due.
